Main Responsibilities- Manage execution and planning (0–36-month horizon) monthly cycle incl. budget in collaboration with critical material management.
- Assess the availability of materials.
- Manage material issues with Site Scheduler and Manager of Warehouse and Logistics, depending on the horizon of the issue.
- Responsible to work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Team Lead to develop and monitor Supply Plans NH and subsequent SH campaigns.
- Support all the actions needed to ensure the current Vaccines campaign executes as plan.
- Management of the end-to-end supply of the current Vaccines NH campaign starting from demand, development of production plans (meeting country specific requirements) and monitoring the finished good supply plan.
- Work with Product Quality and CMOs to develop and execute effective shipping schedule to allow for on time QC testing and manufacturing.
- Identify and implement areas for process improvements for the delivery Vaccines product required for supply.
- Support the implementation and use of new Planning and Execution Monitoring tools.
- Work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Lead to ensure end to end production and release of ~$400M in sales on an annual basis for the product lines.
- This position will support management of approximately 2 products thru 6 planning levels from antigen thru finished goods for over 5 countries.
- This position will be a key interface to Strategic International Growth within Sanofi.
Responsible for supporting Head of Supply Chain/Product Team Lead with direct contact with:

Regulatory, Batch Release, Quality, Trade Compliance, Transportation, Operations Planning, Procurement, Finance
- Bachelor’s degree, master's degree preferred.
- 1+ years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferred experience in Supply Chain.
- 1+ years of experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word Office 365, iShift, TEAMS, Power BI, Snowflake or other ERP and reporting systems.
