Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing of assigned commodities, ingredients, packaging, or services
• Conduct market analysis and supplier management
• Execute negotiations, contract strategy, and execution
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities
• Maintain strong supplier relationships that support business objectives
• Analyze market conditions and supply trends for purchasing decisions
• Lead supplier selection and relationship management
• Resolve supply, pricing, contract, and supplier performance issues
• Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, commodity management, or finance
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Working knowledge of market economics, cost structures, and value analysis to support fact-based sourcing decisions
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract development and execution
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems preferred
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools preferred
