Summary
Manager, Customer Logistics oversees day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for leadership of direct reports as well as attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

EssentialFunctions
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
- Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- Compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ability to work within international functional teams
- High level analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems
- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in the job‑related area
- Off‑shift support in event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
- Timely decision making
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced strong knowledge of manufacturing and production
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office required, advanced level expected
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced strong knowledge of manufacturing and production
Position is salaried with a minimum pay range of $70,000 and a maximum of $75,000. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
