Construction Project Manager

Location:

401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. The Network team works in‑person on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. For the first three months, onsite presence is required every day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee external development of Zeta's new facilities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified excellence and safety standards.
• Manage all aspects of building renovations and major facility projects from start to finish.
• Negotiate and manage master service agreements with construction and maintenance vendors to support the annual repair and maintenance cycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and construction personnel to ensure efficient, effective, and accountable work.
• Maintain comprehensive records of construction project progress using spreadsheets and project management software, and provide timely updates to internal teammates.
• Track all items to completion, develop scalable systems for tracking project issues and progress, and proactively flag and resolve issues.
• Support the lean scale‑up team by taking on multiple roles and assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to work onsite regularly, especially during the initial onboarding period.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation
:
Salary range $90,000–$120,000, with a base at or near the lower end of the range depending on experience and internal equity. Includes an annual discretionary merit‑based performance bonus.
