Summary:
The E-Commerce Warehouse Manager leads all DTC and marketplace fulfillmentoperations within a distribution environment. This role ensures SLA adherence, orderaccuracy, carrier optimization, and system integration between WMS, SAP, and shippingplatforms.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Oversee DTC and marketplace fulfillment (UPS, USPS, Amazon Buy Shipping) Optimize pick vs pack productivity in automated and manual zones Ensure SLA compliance (same-day, next-day ship) Manage integration between SAP order types and WMS execution Ensure compliance with retailer and marketplace shipping standards Leverage automation systems (WES, Autostore) to increase throughput Monitor returns, and cost per order metrics Lead peak season and promotional surge planning
Performance Metrics SLA compliance 99% Order accuracy 99.7% Cost per order shipped Automation throughput e iciency
Qualifications 5+ years e-commerce fulfillment leadership Strong exposure to automation systems
Experience with retailer compliance and chargeback management Knowledge of SAP integration and delivery order mapping Data-driven with strong analytics skills

Not Applicable The anticipated compensation range is69,000. USD Annual Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
