Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-moving team? Hudson Loop in Brooklyn, NY is looking for Mover & Packer team members to support our Tenant-in-Place (TIP) operations. If you take pride in hands‑on work and being part of a coordinated crew, this is a strong opportunity.

As a Mover & Packer
, you will execute unit preparation, packing, and furniture shifting to support construction and renovation work while residents remain in place. You’ll work under the Site Manager and team leads to ensure units are handled efficiently, safely, and with care.

• Pack, label, and organize resident belongings with care and accuracy
• Move and reposition furniture within units (internal shifting)
• Prepare units for construction (covering, protecting, clearing areas)
• Unpack and restore units to original condition after work is complete
• Follow daily work plans and production targets set by the manager
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times
• Report issues, damages, or delays immediately to the manager
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures

• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, moving, bending throughout the day)
• Strong attention to detail when handling resident belongings
• Reliability and punctuality
  
  Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior moving, packing, or construction support experience is a plus (not required)

• Fast‑paced, team‑driven job site
• Daily unit production targets must be met
• Work is performed inside occupied residential buildings
• Respect for residents and their belongings is mandatory
