Location: New York

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order execution for assigned retail accounts across the US and Canada. Working closely with 3PL partners, retailers, and internal teams, you will ensure orders are delivered on time, retailer compliance requirements are met, inventory risks are proactively managed, and new product launches are successfully executed through the Net Suite ERP platform.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from purchase order receipt through delivery confirmation, ensuring on-time and accurate fulfillment.
  • Coordinate daily with 3PL partners and retailers to meet shipping windows, resolve order issues, and maintain high service levels.
  • Monitor retailer compliance requirements, investigate deductions and chargebacks, and support dispute resolution activities.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating ERP setup, item onboarding, inventory readiness, and launch tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify stock risks, and work with procurement teams to support product availability.
  • Generate reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years' experience in logistics, order management, customer logistics, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience using Net Suite ERP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, retail fulfillment, and logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of retailer compliance requirements, deductions, chargebacks, and retailer portals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer accounts, and product launches in a fast-paced environment.
