Our mission is to provide the critical infrastructure that enables innovation across industries—from AI model training and inference to cloud services and next-generation digital networks.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and supply chain activities supporting the development, construction, and operation of AI data center facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, networking, IT, and facility equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for data center construction, expansion, and operational requirements.
  • Source and procure critical infrastructure equipment including:
    • UPS systems
    • Generators
    • Switchgear and transformers
    • Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, cooling towers)
    • Racks and containment systems
    • Fiber optic and network equipment
    • Servers, storage, and IT hardware
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, lead times, and supply chain risks to support strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, warranty terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop contingency sourcing plans for critical equipment and materials.
Contract & Commercial Management
  • Lead contract negotiations to achieve favorable commercial terms and mitigate procurement risks.
  • Review purchase agreements, master service agreements, and supplier contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
Project Support
  • Partner with data center design, engineering, and construction teams to forecast procurement requirements.
  • Support capital expenditure (Cap Ex) planning and project budgeting.
  • Track procurement schedules and coordinate deliveries to meet construction and operational milestones.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks that may impact project timelines.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization
  • Optimize inventory levels for critical spare parts and operational equipment.
  • Implement procurement best practices and process improvements.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and reporting systems.
  • Utilize ERP and procurement management platforms to manage purchasing activities.
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets.
  • Track procurement savings and cost avoidance initiatives.
  • Conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses for major procurement decisions.
  • Prepare procurement performance reports and executive summaries.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • 3+ years managing procurement for AI data center.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing major electrical and mechanical infrastructure equipment.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar procurement budgets and supplier contracts.
  • Strong understanding of AI/HPC data center infrastructure and critical facility systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of construction procurement and project management processes.
