We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead both inbound and outbound supply chain operations across our global wholesale business. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of goods—from overseas production through importation, warehousing, allocation, and final delivery to customers. This leader will drive operational excellence, develop scalable processes, and ensure seamless execution across all stages of the supply chain.

The Director will lead a team including two Al locators, an Import Coordinator, and overseas Order Entry Coordinators while partnering closely with sourcing, customer service, sales, finance, freight forwarders, and our 3PL.

• Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain, overseeing both inbound imports and outbound distribution to wholesale customers.
• Manage and develop a team of two Al locators, an Import Coordinator, and overseas Order Entry Coordinators.
• Direct inbound logistics from overseas factories, including production follow‑up, freight forwarders, ocean/air shipments, customs documentation, and inventory flow into the distribution network.
• Oversee outbound logistics, ensuring orders are allocated, routed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor open orders and inventory positions, proactively identifying supply chain risks and implementing solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's 3PL, driving inventory accuracy, service levels, and operational performance.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transportation providers, and logistics partners to optimize cost and service.
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, shipping requirements, and vendor standards across mass, mid‑tier, off‑price, and club accounts.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Sourcing, and Finance to align inventory, demand, and fulfillment priorities.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to improve visibility across inbound and outbound operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Leverage the AMT ERP system to manage orders, inventory, reporting, and operational performance.

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership experience within consumer products, pet, apparel, home, or a related industry.
• Comprehensive experience managing both inbound imports and outbound wholesale distribution.
• Strong background supporting mass retail, mid‑tier, off‑price, and/or club accounts;
  Walmart experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in import logistics, freight forwarding, customs processes, allocation, routing, and 3PL management.
• Experience leading high‑performing operations teams and driving cross‑functional execution.
• ERP experience required; AMT experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Salary: $150,000-$175,000
