Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand offering high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products with a direct-to-consumer approach. The Customer Supply Chain Manager role is embedded within the Retail team and sits within the broader Supply Chain organization, owning and driving operations across retail and/or digital channels. You’ll lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), manage in-stocks, OTIF performance, and oversee store-level operations and chargeback mitigation.
From shelf to supply node, you’ll help ensure product availability and execution for Harry’s and Flamingo brands.
The role is the end-to-end supply chain lead for one key Retail or Digital channel, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless product flow to customers. It combines operational execution with customer-facing collaboration and a commitment to flawless operational delivery.
What you will accomplish- Partner with the sales team, demand planning, supply planning, and external counterparts (inventory managers, etc.) to lead ongoing forecasting and replenishment needs for the business
- Serve as the go-to expert on retail operations for your channel, including fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, in-store operations, display execution, retailer contract, allowances, and chargebacks
- Lead retail operations activities within the relevant channel/retailer using standard processes and data-driven insights; measure ROI for retail ops to optimize investments
- Manage third-party brokers to ensure high-quality execution of channel requirements for each customer
- Develop reporting and scorecards linked to operational success metrics and KPIs
- Identify gaps in current operational practices and partner with retail operations, channel sales directors, and external partners to create strategic roadmaps
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with Demand Planning to provide accurate inputs on sales and business changes
- Support strategic planning and execution by translating company goals and KPIs into operational strategies; drive execution and manage risks and opportunities during large strategic changes
- Own end-to-end distribution logistics for your channel, ensuring on-time fulfillment and delivery, maintaining order and inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement through chargeback analysis and KPI tracking
- Conduct weekly replenishment analysis to ensure proper inventory flow between internal and external supply chains
- Maintain communication with regional buying teams to keep warehouses at healthy inventory levels during promoted and non-promoted periods
- Manage all aspects of retailer forecasts (Supply Plan), including In-Stocks, Event Management, New/Discontinued items, waste reduction, reporting, and analytics
- Identify opportunities for store operational process improvements and drive implementation with store operations partners
- Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships to drive supply and demand efficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement in channel execution based on specific challenges or opportunities
- Engage in cross-functional projects and drive them forward with channel context and expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles
- Detail-oriented and highly collaborative, with strong relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of key supply chain tools and resources
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate internally and externally to succeed in the role
- Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment, financial planning, store operations, inventory management, order management, and distribution & logistics
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with ability to self-start and lead multiple initiatives and partners
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools, with ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively
- Reporting to the Manager of Customer Supply Chain
- Collaborating with the Customer Supply Chain team and broader Supply Chain organization
- Working closely with Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance teams
