Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator

Duration: 4 months

Onsite: 4 days a week, New York, NY

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, logistics, and material flow between vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors and transportation partners.
  • Schedule, track, and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Support order processing, logistics coordination, and warehouse/distribution operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, purchase supplies, and coordinate deliveries to vendors.
  • Audit warehouse orders, inventory, and vendor compliance with operational standards and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and issue chargebacks for non-compliance.
  • Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports.
  • Coordinate shipments for internal teams and ensure accurate tracking throughout the delivery process.
  • Research logistics trends and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional operations and participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or order management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with order management, shipment coordination, and customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools such as  preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
