• Efficiently manage the ordering, tracking, and inventory control of spare parts to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and production units within a matrix structure to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data analysis related to spare parts inventory levels, order statuses, and budgeting forecasts.
• Utilize project management skills to support and execute maintenance and operational improvement projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate status updates and escalate concerns while aligning with company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing effective solutions.
• Organize and prioritize workload independently, managing multiple tasks while contributing as a team member.
• Apply analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making processes.

• Mechanically inclined professional with hands-on experience in spare parts ordering and inventory management, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Comfort working in a complex, fast-paced matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships effectively and foster collaboration.
• Strong commercial awareness paired with project management and execution capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and proficiency in utilizing relevant systems to support supply chain operations.
