ERSG is currently looking for a Site Project Control Specialist for a leading wind turbine manufacturer in Brooklyn, New York. This role will report directly to the Deputy Project Manager and will primarily support the pre-installation team.
Position Overview- Start Date: ASAP

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with 7+ years of site-based planning, scheduling, and project execution experience. They are proficient in Primavera P6 and SAP, with the ability to translate field activities into accurate plans, schedules, and system updates.
A proactive and independent thinker who understands construction operations, challenges the status quo when appropriate, and drives accountability across the site team. The individual has strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, optimize execution sequencing, and support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update daily and weekly site execution planning (Master Plan) within Smartsheet to support project delivery objectives.
- Provide planning and scheduling guidance to the site team, recommending optimal sequencing of installation and commissioning activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Support the monthly project schedule update process by maintaining and reporting site activity progress within Primavera P6.
- Establish, implement, and maintain site readiness checklists, ensuring required documentation, tooling, materials, equipment are available prior to execution.
- Assist in workforce planning activities, including forecasting and monitoring labor resource requirements to support scheduled work.
- Track, monitor, and report site progress against planned activities, identifying variances and escalating potential schedule impacts.
- Prepare and support customer-facing daily site progress reports, ensuring accurate communication of completed work, upcoming activities, and key site metrics.
- Execute SAP transactions related to material and component movements within the pre-installation site, maintaining accurate project records.
- Release and manage SAP production orders associated with pre-installation activities to support work execution and material readiness.
- Collaborate with project management, construction, logistics, and site teams to ensure alignment between planning, resource availability, and field execution.
