Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in New York. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will support supply chain planning, identify process improvements, and help optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Track supplier performance, shipments, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, operations, and finance.
- Assist in improving supply chain processes and implementing best practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain supply chain documentation.
- Support inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
