Description

As Sr mgr Program Manager, Robotics Hardware for Fauna, you will build and lead the supply chain capability required to move complex robotic systems from development into scalable production. This is a hands‑on leadership role spanning sourcing, supplier development, materials planning, inventory control, contract manufacturing support, logistics, and the operating mechanisms needed to manage material availability, supplier performance, cost, and supply risk.

You will personally drive critical execution in the near term while building the supplier base, processes, systems, and team required to scale. In parallel, you will define the long‑term supply chain operating model for robotics hardware production.

You and team will work closely with GCMs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Operations to translate product roadmaps, build plans, and ramp requirements into sourcing decisions, material plans, supplier commitments, and scalable supply chain mechanisms.

About the team

Fauna Robotics, an Amazon company, is building capable, safe, and intuitive robots for everyday life. Our goal is simple: make robots people actually want to live and interact with in everyday human spaces.

We believe the future of robotics will require tightly integrated hardware and software systems that make it faster, safer, and more intuitive to create real-world robotic products.

Our work spans mechanical design, control systems, dynamic modeling, intelligent software, and full‑system integration. The focus is not just functionality, but experience: robots that feel responsive, expressive, and genuinely useful.

At Fauna, you'll work at the frontier of robotics, helping define how robots move, manipulate, and interact with people in natural environments.
