Description
Key Responsibilities Product Launch & Distribution Management
- Develop and execute distribution strategies for new product launches, limited editions, and sets.
- Partner with Planning teams to support forecast accuracy and monthly estimates.
- Coordinate launch timelines, SKU setup, pricing updates, and retailer-specific shipping requirements.
- Manage vendor setup documentation and ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain purchase order tracking and identify opportunities to recover lost sales.
- Monitor retail assortments and inventory performance across key accounts.
- Partner with Account Management on returns reporting and inventory analysis.
- Support initiatives that improve in-stock levels and inventory productivity.
- Manage relationships with supply chain partners to ensure availability of samples and marketing inventory.
- Monitor inventory risks, production delays, and cost impacts while communicating solutions to stakeholders.
- Oversee sample allocation, shipment tracking, and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Partner with Demand Planning to optimize inventory usage and address supply gaps.
- Develop strategies to maximize utilization of excess inventory across business functions.
- Oversee deployment of testers, collateral, visual merchandising materials, and other operational assets.
- Manage locally developed set programs, including component tracking and cross-functional coordination.
- Analyze program performance and retailer-specific assortment trends.
- Support gratis programs, retail marketing needs, photoshoots, and boutique operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, sales operations, or marketing operations.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with experience analyzing large data sets.
- Experience with SAP and inventory management systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
