Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Apparel Logistics Specialist to join our New York headquarters.

This position is responsible for managing apparel supply chain operations, export coordination, shipment tracking, and retailer compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in apparel production logistics and understands the urgency, compliance standards, and retailer expectations within the apparel industry.

Please note that this role is in office, based out of New York City

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily apparel supply chain operations
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments and export documentation
  • Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery to retailers
  • Maintain compliance with retailer routing guides and export regulations
  • Communicate regularly with:
  • Internal teams (Sales, Production, Customer Service)
  • Overseas vendors and freight forwarders
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays
  • Support process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the APPAREL industry (non-apparel experience will not qualify)
  • Direct experience managing apparel shipments and supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of apparel export procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Experience coordinating with overseas vendors and factories
  • Strong communication skills when working with retailers and external partners
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced apparel environment
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
