Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing of assigned commodities, ingredients, packaging, or services.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier management, negotiations, contract strategy and execution.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify value opportunities and develop supply strategies.
• Prepare, review, and support contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements.
• Build partnerships and lead sourcing projects with teams and external suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and track key performance indicators.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement talent to strengthen organizational capability.
• Resolve supply, pricing, contract, and supplier performance issues.

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master of business administration or advanced degree is desirable.
• Five or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, commodity management, or finance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of market economics, cost structures, and value analysis to support fact‑based sourcing decisions.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract development and execution.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools preferred.
