YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Distribution Planning Manager will oversee the launch, distribution, and flow of new products for all categories across the Americas zone in all retail doors.
In addition, they will oversee the distribution planning for Men’s, Women Shoes & RTW for all life type codes. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who can ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to maximize sales potential while supporting Maison’s image and retail objectives. This role will lead cross-functional partnerships in collaboration with Merchandising, VM, and Retail teams to deliver impactful product launches and continuously improve processes and analytical capabilities across the organization.
As the primary point of contact for our local warehouse, they will manage capacity planning to maintain service levels.

This role is also responsible for the management of 1 Supply Chain Trainee.
Job responsibilitiesYOUR IMPACT
- Lead distribution strategies for new product launches across all categories, ensuring alignment with merchandising priorities and retail strategies to maintain 360-approach
- Execute complex allocation strategies within our systems for seasonal collections and high-demand product to ensure precision and timeliness
- Oversee timelines for launch calendar to ensure smooth delivery to stores and clients
- Communicate proactively on main delays, risks, and constraints, and drive mitigation plans with internal stakeholders
- Monitor preorder performance and trends by category and door to anticipate needs and optimize launch strategy, identifying risks & opportunities
- Monitor sales, stock coverage, and replenishment needs post-launch to optimize sell-through
DISTRIBUTION PLANNING
- Manage inventory levels for Men’s, Women Shoes & RTW categories at door level to achieve target availability and overstock goals
- Manage distribution planning parameters daily, weekly, monthly to ensure product flow from Central warehouse to regional zone, and local warehouse to stores in close collaboration with central team
- Identify and execute rebalancing strategies to improve stock performance
- Partner with central and regional stakeholders to improve distribution processes, data quality, and execution accuracy
- Standardize tools, reporting, and ways of working to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with the retail community, including merchandising, operations, and logistics teams
- Manage relationship with warehouse, establishing clear priorities and workload distribution.
END OF SEASON MANAGEMENT
- Lead EOS management to optimize remaining inventory and support business priorities
- Schedule and plan Employee sale activity throughout the year to align with inventory levels and business calendar ensuring efficient assortments & depths
- Coordinate with Central teams on pricing strategy and approvals
- Partner with Retail Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth execution and operational readiness
MANAGEMENT
- Manage and develop a trainee, providing regular guidance, training and oversight to support execution excellence and team capability.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
- 5+ years of previous working experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of supply chain, demand planning and logistics
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
