Inventory Coordinator

We're seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Inventory Management team in Jericho, NY. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory movement throughout the supply chain to ensure products are available for customers while minimizing inventory discrepancies and preventing overselling.

You’ll partner closely with Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy across multiple channels. Your work will directly impact product availability, order fulfillment, and the overall customer experience.

• Monitor inventory movement, inventory levels, and product availability throughout the day using Oracle and internal reporting tools.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, spreadsheets, purchase order reports, shipment files, and other operational reporting.
• Monitor inbound receipts, outbound transfers, and inventory transactions to ensure inventory is accurately reflected across all systems.
• Identify inventory shortages, delayed receipts, discrepancies, and potential overselling risks while communicating issues proactively to business partners.
• Coordinate with planners, merchandisers, warehouse operations, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory concerns and support promotional activity.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, month-end reporting, physical inventory support, and inventory maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring the highest level of data integrity.

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, purchasing, retail operations, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
  , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to ask questions and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Access, or other ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.

This position is primarily onsite in Jericho, NY. During peak business seasons—including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas - additional overtime, extended workdays, and occasional weekend work may be required to support business needs.
