Location: New York
We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team at a fast-paced wholesale company. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and routing, strong data entry skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all outbound shipments and routing for major retailers
- Ensure orders are shipped on time and before cancellation dates
- Communicate with the warehouse to manage and prioritize shipments
- Enter and maintain accurate shipping data in our system
- Handle routing guides and compliance for different retailers
- Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and coordinate post-shipping invoicing
- Track orders and update internal teams as needed
- Work closely with customer service and logistics teams
- Experience in shipping and routing (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and managing shipping schedules
- Proficient with ERP systems and AMT
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
