Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with barcode inventory management systems.

This role requires someone who can effectively manage inventory transactions, analyze data, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility:

Manage inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records using a barcode scanning system.

Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, track inventory levels, analyze trends, and support operational decision-making.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and transaction audits.

Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth product flow.

Generate and maintain logistics reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control standards, and quality requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse and logistics efficiency.

Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments.

Assist with data entry and inventory reconciliation activities.
