Supply Chain Intern - Distribution Planning - High Watches High Jewelry

Summary

Supply Chain Distribution Planning Intern supporting the High Watches & High Jewelry activity based in the Louis Vuitton New York City office for Fall 2026. The role focuses on stock allocation, client order fulfillment, and data-driven reporting to optimize inventory and support high-end client appointments. The intern will work cross-functionally with Retail, Merchandising, Logistics, Distribution Center, and regional Supply Chain teams.

• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and identify stock optimization opportunities for High Jewelry.
• Coordinate exceptional flows, store transfers, caravans, and in-store events with Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Center, Repair Center, and Merchandising teams.
• Create Power BI reports and KPIs to track client order fulfillment status and ETA accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and develop reporting/tools to enhance visibility of inventory and orders.
• Support continuous improvement of distribution planning processes and cross-functional communication for client-centric execution.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (recent graduates considered) in a related field and able to commit full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) from September to December 2026.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL preferred;
  Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work on-site four days per week from the Midtown Manhattan corporate office; legally authorized to work in the US.
