Supply Chain / Intl. Trade, Procurement / Purchasing, Supply Chain Manager
The Director, Supply Chain Value Creation will lead strategic initiatives focused on creating value, strengthening resilience, and advancing strategic priorities across Chobani’s upstream supply chain. A central, multi-year priority for this role will be developing and advancing Chobani’s long-term upstream fruit sourcing strategy. This includes defining future sourcing models, evaluating grower, processor, and supplier networks, improving traceability, advancing domestic sourcing, and building the cross-functional roadmap required to support implementation over multiple years.
This role will operate at the intersection of Procurement, R&D, Product Development, Supplier Quality, Operations, Planning, and Finance to identify and advance opportunities across direct materials, supplier networks, sourcing models, and innovation processes. The Director will lead complex initiatives that require cross-functional investigation, supplier collaboration, financial analysis, and clear recommendations. This includes advancing productivity opportunities, improving supply continuity and traceability, evaluating new supplier and material capabilities, and building processes to support innovation and growth.
This is not a traditional category management role. The position requires someone who can operate effectively in ambiguity, bring structure to complex and evolving business questions, evaluate options, build the business case, and guide cross-functional teams toward a practical path forward.
