We have an outstanding career opportunity for aDispatch and Compliance Administrator to join a leading Company located in the Clifton Park/Half Moon, NY surrounding area.
Salary: $45,760 - 52,000
Are you someone who likes keeping things organized and running smoothly? This role puts you at the center of operations-making sure every load, every driver, and every record is accurate and on time.
Responsibilities :
+ Weigh and track materials coming in and going out.
+ Process bills of lading, freight invoices, and dispatch documents.
+ Coordinate with drivers, haulers, and the logistics team to keep operations running on time.
+ Keep records accurate and follow all safety and compliance rules.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Have some industrial or logistics experience (preferred).
+ Are organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
+ Enjoy solving problems and helping a team succeed.
+ Comfortable using computer systems and keeping accurate documentation.
+ Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Desired Qualifications :
+ Interested in environmental or sustainability work.
+ Enjoy working independently while supporting your team.
