• Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams to understand material or service requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, price lists, and supplier information.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to leverage their collective knowledge and abilities to further Edwards and Atlas Copco business objectives.
• Utilize reports to ensure adequate inventory of purchased material is maintained to meet production requirements, monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain requisitions, purchase orders, acknowledgements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Identify changes in customer demand and adjust accordingly.
• Utilize MRP/SAP system to perform material requirements planning through interactions between production and planning personnel to ensure material availability.
• Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance and work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Respectfully take direction from the supervisor/manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent discipline preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.

• Working in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory-related role.
• Experience in an aftermarket environment with emphasis on customer service.
• Handling data entry, documentation, and filing.
• Understanding stock levels, restocking needs, or inventory discrepancies.

• Understanding of purchase orders, lead times, delivery terms, and invoice matching.
• Awareness of demand planning or reorder levels.
• Basic awareness of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and supplier compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to drive positive outcomes with creative solutions to sourcing and supplier development.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of MRP. SAP experience is preferred.
• Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and effective time manager. Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
