Operations Coordinator

The Role:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day order fulfillment process, ensuring smooth operations within the business systems between the company and warehouse. You will assist with processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Working closely with warehouses, freight forwarders, and the sales team, you will help resolve order-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.

This role also involves managing incoming shipments, stock replenishment, and administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.

Ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn supply chain operations and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused CPG environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and on-time shipping.
• Coordinate with warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure proper order preparation, shipment accuracy, and timely deliveries, including tracking packages as needed.
• Manage daily systems operations for order processing, inventory updates, and invoicing, ensuring system accuracy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address and resolve any order, shipping, or fulfillment issues.
• Assist in managing incoming shipments, verifying product counts, and ensuring accurate receiving and stocking.
• Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements in order fulfillment, inventory control, and Net Suite workflows.
• Provide general administrative support for operations as needed, including data entry, reporting, and system updates.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience
• Graduate of accredited 4-year university
• Knowledge of wholesale environment (ordering, purchasing & fulfillment)
• High-level experience with Excel
• Experience with ERP, Netsuite a plus
• A critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Team player

• Knowledge of major retailers and specific shipping/routing instructions/portals
• Ability to take initiative, a self-starter to help own the full order management process!

Salary Range:

• $55k-$65k, commensurate on experience
