We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate international inbound logistics, with a primary focus on shipments moving from China to the United States. This role will be responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders, managing ocean container bookings, supporting customs entry processes, reviewing freight invoices, maintaining accurate transportation costs, and ensuring shipments move efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of international freight, ocean transportation, U.S. customs processes, and HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact production or customer delivery schedules.
Must have solid work experience – preferably 3 to 5 years.
