We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations across our wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels. Reporting to Senior Logistics Manager, this role owns day-to-day EDI monitoring, data validation, shipment reporting, and ecommerce fulfillment tracking, and supports import coordination and compliance documentation. Success in this role depends on maintaining accurate data, proactively resolving issues, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- Monitor and support EDI transactions (orders, ASNs, invoicing); identify errors and follow up with trading partners through resolution.
- Validate data accuracy across systems and trading partners; maintain shipping and logistics records.
- Update and distribute daily shipment status reports and trackers; communicate shipment updates to internal teams.
- Track ecommerce order fulfillment and shipment performance; monitor order flow across channels and escal

- Reviewing shipping and compliance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinating imports with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Coordinating wholesale, retail, and ecommerce product flow with planning teams.
- Vendor performance tracking, process improvement initiatives, and strategic logistics projects.
Internal:
Wholesale, Production, Ecommerce, Finance, and the Retail Boutique team.
External: 3PL warehouse, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trading partners.
What You Will Bring- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; comfort with Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or order management (internships count).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Shopify is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics fundamentals.
- A proactive, analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Base salary of $60,000 - $68,000, plus annual discretionary bonus.
