Responsibilities include managing the procurement of materials, supplies, and services to support production and operational needs. This role involves sourcing, expediting, negotiating, and maintaining supplier relationships, while also contributing to process improvement and vendor performance initiatives.

Job duties include ensuring the achievement of continuous improvement within area of expertise, completing and maintaining all required safety classes, trainings, and certifications, being aware of relevance and importance of activities, working regularly scheduled shifts and overtime, complying with related IATF/ISO procedures, meeting qualitative and quantitative standards, independently managing procurement, expediting and monitoring delivery, executing quotations, coordinating with planning and production teams, tracing and resolving delayed or missing shipments, reviewing and approving documentation, conducting supplier market research, recommending and implementing improvements, providing mentorship, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Education/skill requirements include effective communication in English, an associate's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field, two to five years' of purchasing or procurement experience, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems, understanding of supply chain best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience in the operation of computers, knowledge of standard purchasing procedures, and ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Physical demands include the capability to travel and work throughout the entire facility, within reasonable accommodation, and occasional travel for visits to vendors and suppliers.
