The Company

Hall Pass is building the next generation of candy. Our goal is simple: create the candy people already love, with a fraction of the calories, at the same price. Hall Pass recently launched nationwide at Walmart.

Hall Pass is part of the Medici Brands portfolio, alongside brands like David. This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, and President Michael Tierney, Founder and Former CEO of Stuffed Puffs, Hall Pass brings together deep experience building and scaling category-defining consumer brands.

Hall Pass is working to reimagine one of the largest and most iconic categories in food, proving that better nutrition doesn't have to come at the expense of taste or price. With national distribution and ambitious plans to expand our product portfolio and retail presence, Hall Pass is working to become a leading candy brand in the U.S. and beyond.

Roles & Responsibilities :

As an inventory and order operations senior analyst, you will own the day-to-day inventory and production transactions in Net Suite, ensuring our systems accurately reflect the physical flow of materials and finished goods across the supply chain.

You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners to maintain accurate inventory and resolve discrepancies quickly.

Net Suite & Inventory
  • Be the day-to-day owner of inventory and production transactions in Net Suite.
  • Maintain Net Suite as the source of truth for the flow of goods across our supply chain.
  • Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), working with Supply Chain leadership for review and approval.
  • Ensure inventory quantities, locations, and movements accurately reflect physical inventory across our network.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies before they become larger operational or financial issues.
Purchase Orders & Material Flow

Own the system transactions behind the full lifecycle of our materials and finished goods, including:

  • Raw material and packaging purchase orders.
  • Receipt of raw and packaging inventory.
  • Purchase orders to co-manufacturers.
  • Inventory transfers from 3PLs to co-manufacturers.
  • Receipt and movement of finished goods from co-manufacturers back to 3PLs.
  • Finished-goods movements through fulfillment to end customers.
Production & Work Orders
  • Create, maintain, and close production work orders in Net Suite.
  • Ensure materials issued to production are accurately captured.
  • Manage the post-production backflush process for unused raw and packaging materials.
  • Reconcile expected versus actual material consumption after each production run.
  • Produce consumption and variance reporting that helps the team understand co-manufacturer performance, yield, and scrap.
  • Work with Supply Chain to investigate material variances and improve inventory accuracy over time.
  • Strong working knowledge of Net Suite, with hands-on experience managing inventory, purchase orders, work orders, inventory transfers, receipts, and production transactions.
  • Experience working with inventory and material flows in a manufacturing, CPG, food & beverage, or similar operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and the relationship between physical inventory movements and system transactions.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a high bar for data accuracy and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions, production runs, and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through, ownership, and a willingness to dig into issues until they are resolved.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
  • No ego when it comes to pitching in and doing what is needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and excited to grow with a fast-moving team.
  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week - when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
  • Salary: $115,000-$125,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
  • Company equity options.
  • 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Additional perks, such as covered gym expenses.
  • Substantial and required PTO.
