Buyer​/Planner M​/F

The Buyer/planner is responsible for and manages purchasing, materials requirements planning, supplier relationship management, product life cycle and service design, among other things for the critical supplier's management.

• Placing and managing orders to support forecast and production orders
• Managing supplier relationships and ensuring OTD, High Quality and Cost is maintained
• Building and creating commodity strategies that support business objectives
• Working cross functionally to support NPI Projects
• Maintaining queues that directly impact order placement, acknowledgement, delivery, part set up, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, or Business related position.
• Experience and knowledge of using SAP or similar ERP systems, order management, inventory management, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and RFQs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, work independently, and document work effectively.
