Our Company: Originally founded in 1975, BCI has continually evolved to become a leader in the women’s fashion industry. Launching initially with CHAUS and private label lines and then expanding into a multi-brand platform business, we have been at the forefront of market trends and the changing retail environment.
Our brands, including CeCe, Vince Camuto, Ted Baker, 1.State and Parker, each serve unique customer demographics but are united in their commitment to quality and style. As we expand our presence, BCI remains dedicated to innovation, excellence, and women’s empowerment through fashion.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in international logistics and experience coordinating shipments from vendors/factories through final delivery.
This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with freight forwarders, overseas vendors/factories, and internal departments including Production, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and arrive on time.
In addition to core logistics responsibilities, this position will support our GS1 program, UCC-128 carton labeling, cartonization, and factory coordination, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to expand their logistics expertise within the apparel industry.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of shipments from start to finish. They should be confident communicating with vendors and logistics partners, while also being able to work effectively with multiple internal departments.
Most importantly, this person should have a strong logistics coordination foundation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
