Our team in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an EDI & Outbound Routing Coordinator to manage our retail operations and logistics. If you have a deep understanding of EDI transaction sets, a strong grasp of retailer routing guides, and thrive in the fast-paced fashion industry, we want to hear from you!
Role:EDI & Outbound Routing Coordinator (Fashion & Apparel)
Location:Midtown Manhattan, NYC (100% In-Office)
ExperienceRequired:
Minimum 5 years in a fashion company doing EDI/routing
What you’ll do:- Process incoming EDI 850/860 orders and transmit outbound 856 ASNs and 810 Invoices.
- Set up styles in UPC catalogs/Data Pools and onboard new trading partners.
- Review customer routing guides, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time shipping.
