Summary
Lead all local demand and supply planning activities for Maison Francis Kurkdjian in North America, owning forecast accuracy, inventory health, and replenishment strategies. Serve as the primary planning partner for the brand and support its integration into LVMH Beauty North America by defining planning processes, governance, and ways of working. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HQ to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
Responsibilities- Own and continuously improve the local demand forecast using sales history, market trends, retailer inputs, and BI tools.
- Manage replenishment and inventory planning to meet service targets and optimize stock quality.
- Lead forecast reporting and demand review sessions for the monthly S&OP and challenge stakeholders up to top management.
- Support new product launches by translating demand into executable supply strategies and readiness plans.
- Monitor supply chain performance, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions with local and central teams.
- Champion inventory health through monthly stock reviews, managing overstock and obsolescence risks and reporting P&L impacts to Finance.
- Design and implement planning processes, governance, and performance reporting to integrate the brand into the broader planning organization.
- Minimum 5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, IBP, supply chain, or related analytical roles.
- Very strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, automation, reporting, and translating insights into recommendations.
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI; familiarity with ERP/MRP and forecasting systems preferred.
- Proven ability to lead improvement projects, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively across functions and regions.
- Comfort working autonomously, managing priorities, and adapting to change; discretion when handling confidential information.
- Working knowledge or fluency in French is a plus; travel as required by the business.
