Senior Manager, Distribution Planning

Summary

The Senior Manager, Distribution Planning will lead distribution and replenishment strategy for LVMH Beauty North America, supporting both company-owned retail boutiques and e-commerce satellite warehouses. This role balances service, inventory and operational efficiency while building scalable processes and tools to support rapid business growth. The position partners closely with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute distribution and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability and service levels across the network.
• Manage replenishment flows between central and satellite warehouses and optimize product supply for company-owned stores.
• Monitor inventory health and lead initiatives to reduce excess stock and mitigate obsolescence.
• Lead distribution and inventory KPI monitoring and translate performance into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive transformation projects to simplify, automate and standardize operational activities and support planning tool optimization.
• Manage and develop one Distribution Planner and coordinate cross-functional alignment with Planning, Logistics, DC Operations, Web Operations, Retail and E-Commerce teams.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution or supply planning, inventory optimization, or similar; luxury or cosmetics experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems and planning solutions preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead projects and drive process change.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills; ability to manage seasonal peaks and evolving workloads.
