The Role

The Logistics & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Thom Browne's U.S. logistics operations and serves as a key liaison between North America and the central Logistics team in Switzerland. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supporting customs and compliance activities, maintaining strong relationships with warehouse and transportation partners, and ensuring seamless operational support across the business.

Working cross-functionally with Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Design, Visual Merchandising, PR, Marketing, and Finance, this individual will help drive efficient logistics operations while supporting store projects, inventory initiatives, and special business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day logistics operations and serve as a key point of contact for logistics-related inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with global partners in Switzerland to ensure process alignment and operational continuity
  • Support oversight of warehouse operations at the 3PL facility, including e-commerce fulfillment activities and coordination with teams supporting B2B operations
  • Coordinate and monitor domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments
  • Partner with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and warehouse providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution
  • Support import/export activities, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and export documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce and B2B teams to help ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, inventory movements, and operational execution within the warehouse
  • Conduct regular warehouse visits and provide hands‑on operational support as needed
  • Monitor and support adherence to established warehouse Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational performance remains aligned with business expectations
  • Maintain regular tracking and reporting of warehouse SLAs and KPIs, identify performance gaps or recurring issues, and elevate concerns to the appropriate teams and partners for resolution
  • Monitor warehouse activities and elevate operational issues, inventory discrepancies, fulfillment delays, or other concerns as needed

    Assist with annual physical inventory counts and ongoing inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve transportation, customs, delivery, and warehouse‑related issues
  • Manage claims related to lost or damaged shipments and coordinate reimbursement activities
  • Support reporting, compliance, and SOX‑related logistics controls
  • Support logistics projects, store openings, events, runway shipments, photoshoots, and other special business initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in fashion or luxury logistics, particularly within a retail, wholesale, or e‑commerce environment, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
