For our client, we are seeking a Director Supply Chain Logistics and Technology to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of supply chain logistics and technology operations within a complex hospital environment. The role will focus on improving inventory management, standardizing best practices, and ensuring supply chain activities directly support organizational goals. It will also partner closely with hospital leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and operational performance.
Location:
New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $203,500 – $242,500 annually
Responsibilities- Oversee supply chain logistics and technology strategies
- Manage supply chain staff and operations
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals
- Communicate effectively with leadership and suppliers
- Drive standardization of supply chain best practices across the organization
- Develop planning methodologies for inventory management
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of logistics and inventory management experience in large organizations
- Proven planning and project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities focused on staff development
- Analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of inventory or materials management systems
- Experience interacting with internal clients
