Brooklyn, NY Salary: $75K–$95K DOE Established apartment building supply company with 35+ years in business is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and product availability across multiple locations.

• Manage inventory for the main warehouse and five locations.
• Source new products and identify obsolete items to discontinue.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate daily inventory transfers between locations.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, deliveries, and availability.
• Manage the Purchasing Department and support the Special Orders team.
• Work closely with Distribution and Customer Service to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Mon–Thu: 8AM–5PM | Fri: 8AM–2PM
