Supply Chain Vendor Return Assistant and Shipping Floater - Jewelry (1 Year Experience)

We’re a wholesaler and distributor in the Fine/Bridge Jewelry industry, specializing in brand support under the top three United States-based television shopping channels, with additional accounts in traditional retail and e-commerce. We have an opening for a Supply Chain Logistics Assistant position at our New York City headquarters. Our ideal candidate is a self-directed, highly motivated individual who is looking to join a collaborative team and help us excel in this exciting industry while gaining significant cross‑functional experience.

• Prepare Label, Master Carton label, and all other materials for pending orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on shipments.
• Help the QC and packing team with quality control on incoming shipments.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and submit shipment information via EDI, Oracle OTM, or the Client Portal application to avoid chargebacks.
• Receive finished goods in Right Click inventory system.
• Communicate with the Customer on the logistics inquiry.
• Process RTV for Clients and Supplier.
• Prepare outgoing shipments for return and repair goods to suppliers.
• Maintain and organize pending outgoing shipments.
• Office administration tasks and assist Managers with urgent and/or ad hoc projects.
• Help print packing slips for E‑comm orders.
• Maintain and organize both the Main and Web inventory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics‑related work.
• Experience in Wholesale inventory software (Rightclick preferred).
• BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred.

• Technical proficiency, including a basic understanding of Excel and the ability to learn new software.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high‑quality standards.
• Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing priorities.
• Time management.
• Highly motivated and self‑directed, requiring little direct supervision.

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour
