Procurement Specialist

Our client is an International Bank based in Midtown Manhattan. They are looking for a Procurement / Sourcing Specialist for 6-12+ month assignment. This role will be on a hybrid basis and all applicants must be vaccinated.

The bank seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player to support the Procurement department:

• Hybrid work environment, contract 40 hours per week
• Understand and support the Procurement Policy
• Guide and support lines of business and service owners to elicit and understand purchase requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing plans
• Maintain the procurement plan
• Negotiate, analyze, and manage contracts throughout the contract lifecycle
• Procure goods and services as needed for the organization
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely demand management for our constituents
• Working Knowledge and understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions.

• 3-5 years demonstrated Procurement/Sourcing experience
• Intimate knowledge of the S/P2P process and experience using ERP systems (Workday)
• Working knowledge of the RFx process
• Proficient with Google Suite (Email, Calendar, Drive, & Sheets)
