Stocker / Supply Clerk — Ditmas Children’s Nursing & Rehab | Brooklyn, NY

9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$18 per hour

Ditmas Children’s Nursing & Rehab is looking for a reliable and organized Stocker / Supply Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, keeping supply rooms organized, and making sure our departments have the supplies they need throughout the day.

Our facility cares for children and young adults with complex medical needs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can stay on top of daily responsibilities. This is a support position and does not involve direct patient care.

• Receive and unpack deliveries, check shipments for accuracy, and report missing or damaged items.
• Stock supply rooms and designated areas, keeping supplies organized, labeled, and easy to find.
• Monitor inventory and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Check expiration dates, rotate stock, and flag expired or damaged supplies.
• Deliver supplies to departments and respond to staff requests in a timely manner.
• Keep storage areas clean and safe while following facility safety and infection-control procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate well with staff.
• Able to perform stocking duties and move supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous stocking, inventory, or supply-room experience preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.
