AVP, Watches & Jewelry Sales Operations

Summary

The Associate Vice President of Watches and Jewelry Sales Operations leads sales operations across North America, supporting retail and wholesale channels. This role oversees product distribution, logistics coordination, and operational transformation to support commercial performance and an exceptional client experience.

• Lead and optimize distribution flows, order coordination, back orders, consignments, buybacks, returns, and product allocation.
• Coordinate product logistics among distribution centers, boutiques, external partners, and clients, and monitor delivery and logistics performance.
• Oversee stock rebalancing, purchase orders, product launches, fulfillment, and resolution of inventory and delivery claims.
• Standardize processes, expand automation, develop dashboards and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement and change adoption.
• Develop high-performing teams and collaborate with boutiques, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and partnering across global, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-focused capabilities; experience with business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics.
• SAP proficiency; experience with Looker, Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate, or Pega is valued.
• Experience in luxury, watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods is preferred.
