GrowNYC is seeking a Sourcing Lead, Supply Chain & Compliance to manage vendor compliance across 50+ suppliers, optimize non-harvest inventory, and ensure year-round product availability. The role oversees dry goods, pantry items, dairy, proteins, and prepared foods, while maintaining producer documentation and supporting the Harvest-to-Order team.
Hybrid work with 3 days in Bronx Food Hub and 2 days remote; travel to farms in the Northeast region is required.
