We have a friendly, welcoming staff and fair, honest management. We are looking for Maintenance Technicians.

• Assist in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial buildings.
• Perform necessary maintenance on all mechanical systems.
• Assist in the daily operation and general maintenance requirements of the commercial and residential buildings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as directed by site management and/or by network Facility Management Office.
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities.
• Perform maintenance on floors when needed.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and client concerns.
