We have a friendly, welcoming staff and fair, honest management. We are looking for Maintenance Technicians.
- Assist in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial buildings.
- Perform necessary maintenance on all mechanical systems.
- Assist in the daily operation and general maintenance requirements of the commercial and residential buildings.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as directed by site management and/or by network Facility Management Office.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities.
- Perform maintenance on floors when needed.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and client concerns.
