Automotive Mechanic I - Buildings and Grounds DepartmentMinimum Qualifications: Either (a) Completion of one (1) year of vocational education courses in either a vocational school program or in an apprentice or training program in automotive mechanics; or, (b) One (1) year of experience in minor repairs and preventive maintenance on automotive equipment; or, (c) Satisfactory equivalent combination of the above education and experience.
Special RequirementsCandidate must submit an application to Suffolk County Department of Human Resources, Personnel and Civil Service. The Town of East Hampton complies with the rules and regulations as set forth by the Suffolk County Department of Human Resources, Personnel and Civil Service.
