Maintenance Technician Associate for Residential Community
Applicant needs to live within a 15-mile radius of Ronkonkoma, NY
Description:
Seeking a Maintenance Associate to work with a team of other associates in a well-established residential community. This position requires someone who is very "hands on," comfortable in a position of responsibility and able to perform and prioritize a wide range of maintenance tasks.
The Maintenance Associate should be friendly and service minded, as this position requires working directly with management, residents, office staff and contractors.
Responsibilities- Scope of work: includes but is not limited to performing basic construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, pool maintenance, landscaping, miscellaneous repairs and service requests.
- Experience:
Experience is preferred in a maintenance or construction related trade. - Valid driver s license and good driving record required.
- This position is subject to background check.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours as needed (ie: emergencies and snow removal).
