Une entreprise de gestion immobilière à New York recherche un Agent technique et entretien pour superviser la maintenance des résidences étudiantes. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme CAP/BEP et minimum 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance. Vous serez en charge de l'entretien des appartements, de la gestion des espaces verts et de la maintenance préventive. Un environnement de travail de qualité avec des possibilités d'évolution est offert.
