Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors. Payment: weekly.
Requirements- Experience performing standard preservation duties/tasks, including:
- Winterizations
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris removal
- Lock changes
- Initial services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- Prepare / Put property in convey condition
- General / Minor household repairs, etc.
- Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be detail-oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
- Must meet client's deadlines.
- Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on a regular basis, etc.
Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
