• Removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas and assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance
• Performs the following as needed/required:
  • Sweeping
  • Raking
  • Weeding
  • Shovel
  • Vacuuming
  • Window washing
  • Use Blower
• Maintains grounds and performs routine janitorial duties in the following common areas on a daily basis:
  • Pool area
  • Laundry room
  • Recreation area(s)
  • Receptacle area(s)
  • Hallways
  • Lobby area
  • Walkways
  • Mail area
• Assists with make‑ready cleaning duties when requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
• Reports identified unsafe conditions in and around property to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
• Helps clean and maintain storage areas
• Maintains positive resident, customer relations/service attitude
• Reports daily activity and any unsafe conditions to supervisor/management
• Identifies and corrects problems related to duties as required
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent and/or Property Manager

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record and ability to meet federal and state driving standards
• Ability to exercise judgment and operate under time pressure
• Ability and willingness to follow safety procedures using Personal Protective Equipment whenever hazards or processes of the environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants could cause injury or impairment through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact
• Strong customer service skills

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$29.00 per hour
